AdAgency Technologies was entrusted with the task of developing a comprehensive Warranty & Service Support CRM Software for RAVOZ, the leading company that specializes in designing and producing smartphones, smartwatches, TWS (True Wireless Stereo) earbuds, and headphones. The aim here was to create a user-friendly platform that aligned with RAVOZ's philosophy of delivering intuitive and hassle-free device experiences. To achieve the desired user interface and experience, the team leveraged the Laravel framework for front-end development. This choice allows to create a responsive, visually appealing, and user-friendly interface that aligns with RAVOZ's brand identity. For the backend, we opted for the MySQL database system. This robust backend infrastructure ensures efficient data storage, retrieval, and management. It also facilitates the integration of the warranty and service data.
Results
